When Petros Garbis came to Vouliagmeni for the first time in 1924 from the Island of Karitsos, he was fascinated buy the magnificent view of the area. He built a small fish tavern by the seashore which in time became a "the 0zou-meze place" for local fisherman. Today the family runs a traditional restaurant which, continues to offer the famous Greek fish soup (kakavia) and freshly caught fish.  One of the best Greek recipes from traditional sweets, "Baklava" and "Kataifi" prepared by Petros' daughters and grand children.
